Our Success Stories
 |
June was born in Kansas City, Kansas to parents who were traveling church workers. Although their home was technically Kansas City June was on the road with her parents sometimes up to 250 days each year. She tells stories of sleeping on top of her siblings in the back seat of her parent's car as they drove overnight to reach different destinations. The next morning she was part the family work team with each member responsible for something that needed to be done. Although June respected her parents she craved stability and a sense of home. Thus began her journey HOME.

Clint Boyd, Jr. & Elaine Boyd successfully completed the Fall 2007 Fast Trac entrepreneurship business training class. They came to the class after participating in Business Plan University sponsored by the Nashville Business Incubation Center. Their goal upon entering the class was to see their vision on paper and use the business plan they developed as a road map for the future growth of their business. When asked if they accomplished that goal, the answer was a resounding yes. The Fast Trac course helped them build a sound business plan; a working document that will help them keep on track with their goals. The course also helped them define their business plan which led to them winning two awards: the Jennie Lemons Award and the 1st Place Award. Those winnings have put them in position to carry out their growth plans. When asked who they would recommend the class to they replied: "Any for-profit business could benefit from this course. It is a must for businesses who really want to survive in, excel in, and contribute to today's economy. " |
